Masculine Colour Combination

From the colour combination I have selected, I’ve decited to use the Crumb Cake and my cardbase with a pop of colour using the Pear Pizzazz.  I didn’t want to make my card to busy with a lot of patterned paper so add texture I went with the Petal Burst Embossing Folder.  Now, one may look at the Petal Burst Embossing folder and think that would look great for a girly project , the certainly suggests gardens, colours, outdoors.  But by changing the colours it makes a great background piece for my Father’s Day card

Masculine, Father's Day, Lovely as a Tree

My Image has been stamped from the Lovely as a Tree Stamp set, and my greeting is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments

DID YOU KNOW that Lovely as a Tree Stamp set was in the very first Australian Stampin’ Up! Catalogue?  Yep, this stamp set is so popular that it has been around for over 12 years in Australia.

To finish my card, I’ve added a piece of Twine across the top and tied it into a bow.
