This weeks project tutorial features Meant to Be Stamp set from Stampin’ Up!

You Make Me Happy Project Tutorial

Supplies:

  • Stamps – Meant To Be (148626)
  • Ink – Pool Party (147107), Calypso Coral (147101)
  • Paper – Calypso Coral (124392), Petal Pink (147009), Whisper White (106549),  Bird Ballad DSP (149592)
  • Other –Paper snips (103579), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Be Mine Stitched Dies (148527), Flax Ribbon (148764). Hole Punch

Dimensions:

  • Calypso Coral CS: 5-7/8″ x 8-1/4″
  • Whisper White CS: Scrap piece
  • Petal Pink CS:  4″ x 3″
  • Bird Ballad DSP: 3-3/4″ x 5-7/8″

Directions:

  1. Die Cut large heart in Petal Pink CS
  2. Stamp heart image with Calypso Coral ink onto Whisper White CS and die cut using Be Mine Stitched Dies and die cutting machine
  3. Stamp greeting onto a scrap piece of Whisper White CS in Pool Party ink and cut around the stamped image.  Create a banner at each end using a pair of paper snips
  4. Punch a hole into the top of the Petal Pink heart.  Pull 2 threads from Flax Ribbon and time through the hole around the DSP and under the heart tying it off into a bow
  5. Adhere the Petal Pink heart to the DSP using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Adhere the stamped heart onto the Petal Pink heart using adhesive of choice.
  6. Adhere your greeting using Stampin’ Dimensionals to the center of the stamped heart.
  7. Adhere the DSP to your card front leaving a border on the left side.  You’re Done!

Easy Handmade Card for a Friend

For today’s project we’re creating an easy handmade card you can create for a friend featuring Stampin’ Up! Meant to Be Stamp Set

270219 - Easy Handmade Greeting Card for a Friend

 

Supplies:

  • Stamps – Meant To Be
  • Ink – Memento Black Ink, Versamark
  • Paper – Crumb Cake, Flirty Flamingo, Whisper White CS, All My Love DSP
  • OtherLayering Ovals Framelits, Big Shot, Stampin’ Dimensionals, All My Love Ribbon Combo,

Dimensions:

  • Crumb Cake  CS – 8-1/4” x 5-7/8” (21 x 15cm) scored and fold at 4-1/8” (10.5cm) to create a cardbase
  • Flirty Flamingo CS – 4-3/8″ x 2-1/2″
  • Whisper White CS – scrap piece
  • All My Love DSP – 1-1/8″ x 1-1/4″ (6 pieces)
  • Ribbon – 6″ piece

Directions:

  1. Stamp medium heart in versamark randomly on the Crumb Cake Card base
  2. Adhere the DSP as shown in picture to Flirty Flamingo CS leaving an equal border around all four sides
  3. Wrap the ribbon over the join of the DSP around and adhere the ends to the back of Flirty Flamingo CS
  4. Adhere Flirty Flamingo panel to card base using stampin’ dimensionals
  5. Stamp greeting onto Whisper White CS using Memento Black ink and die cut using the layering Circles framelits
  6. Adhere the greeting center right side of Flirty Flamingo panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals
  7. Colour heart epoxy droplets with Lovely Lipstick Blend and adhere under greeting.  You’re Done!

For today’s project we’re creating  quick and simple card using Meant to Be Stamp set and coordinating Be Mine Stitched Framelits.

200219 - Meant to Be

Supplies:

  • Stamps – Meant To Be
  • Ink – Memento Black Ink
  • Paper – Lovely Lipstick, Flirty Flamingo CS, All My Love DSP
  • Other – Be Mine Stitched Framelit Dies, Big Shot, All My Love ribbon pack, Basic Pearls

Dimensions:

  • Lovely Lipstick  CS – 8-1/4” x 5-7/8” (21 x 15cm) scored and fold at 4-1/8” (10.5cm) to create a cardbase
  • Flirty Flamingo CS – 5-3/4″ x 4″ (2 pieces)
  • All My Love DSP – 5-5/8″″ x 3-7/8″

Directions:

  1. Die cut heart shape from DSP in the bottom right corner
  2. Adhere die cut piece to Flirty Flamingo CS using liquid adhesive, place the heart die over the gap and die cut again
  3. Adhere matted CS to Lovely Lipstick cardbase and die cut heart shape again
  4. Adhere Flirty Flamingo CS to inside of cardbase
  5. Stamp greeting through the heart shape hole onto Flirty Flamingo CS inside using Black ink
  6. Decorate with a strip of pearls under greeting
  7. Tie ribbon in a bow on the left side of cut out heart shape.  You’re Done!

Supplies:

  • Stamps – Meant to Be
  • Ink – Memento Black Ink
  • Paper – Whisper White CS,  Crumb Cake CS, Lovely Lipstick CS, All My Love DSP
  • Other – Double Sided adhesive, Stampin’ Dimensional’s, Heart Epoxy Droplets, Lovely Lipstick Dark Stampin’ Blend, corner rounder punch, Be Mine Stitched Framelits, Big Shot

Dimensions:

  • Crumb Cake CS – 8-1/4” x 5-7/8” (21 x 15cm) scored and fold at 4-1/8” (10.5cm) to create a cardbase
  • Whisper White CS – 2-3/4″x 1-1/4″
  • Lovely Lipstick CS – 6″ x 1″
  • All My Love DSP – 6″ x 2″

Directions:

  1. Stamp greeting in Black ink just to the right side of Whisper White CS, round the corners with a corner rounder punch, set aside.
  2. Die cut 2 x  border piece with Lovely Lipstick CS using Big shot machine
  3. Adhere die cut borders to the length of DSP with liquid adhesive.  Adhere matted DSP to card base approx 3/4″ in from the left side
  4. Die cut 1 x heart with Lovely Lipstick CS using Big Shot machine
  5. Adhere greeting to bottom right with Stampin’ Dimensionals, Adhere the heart die cut to the left of greeting using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  6. Colour Heart Epoxy droplets with dark Lovely Lipstick Blends and adhere to the end of the greeting as shown in picture.  You’re done!

Hello everybody!  It’s been a while and today I decided to give Facebook Live a go!  This is my first time doing a Facebook live so I was bit nervous but I’m sure like everything else the more you do it the better you become.

Today’s project featured the Meant to Be Stamp set from the Occasions Catalogue.  I’ll show you how to create a simple one layer card using just 2 colours of ink.

300119 Meant to Be - Stampin' Up!

 

Supplies:

  • Stamps – Meant to Be
  • Ink – Memento Black Ink, Lovely Lipstick classic Ink Pad
  • Paper – Whisper White CS,  Thick Whisper White CS, Lovely Lipstick CS
  • Other – Double Sided adhesive, Stampin’ Dimensional’s, Heart Epoxy Droplets, Lovely Lipstick Dark Stampin’ Blend

Dimensions:

  • Thick Whisper White CS – 8-1/4” x 5-7/8” (21 x 15cm) scored and fold at 4-1/8” (10.5cm) to create a cardbase
  • Whisper White CS – 3-7/8” x 5-5/8”
  • Lovely Lipstick CS – 3-3/4″ x 4″

Directions:

  1. Stamp the heart image using Lovely Lipstick Classic Ink in the top centre of the 3-7/8″ x 5-5/8″ piece of Whisper White CS
  2. Stamp greeting in Black ink  just to the bottom right of your heart image
  3. Colour a Heart Epoxy Droplet using Dark Lovely Lipstick Stampin’ Blend and attach to the end of the greeting
  4. Adhere White cardstock to Lovely Lipstick CS
  5. Adhere the matted card to the Thick Whisper White card base using Stampin’ dimensionals
